Our next show is an exciting new show in partnership with the Haddam (CT) Historical Society called the Connecticut River Valley Antiques & Historic Homes Show. It will be a 30 exhibitor antiques show and sale with dealers who will be bringing high quality antiques in many categories and who will be setting up in room settings. They will be bringing period antique furniture, country Americana, folk art, jewelry, silver, Oriental rugs, country primitives, decorative antiques, nautical antiques, paintings, prints, art glass, wonderful smalls, and more. In addition the Historic Homes portion of the show will feature programming curated for the owners of antique homes with exhibits and presentations by experts including a stonework craftsman, window restorations, preservation architecture and a garden designer who will share their know how and experiences on working on local historic properties. The keynote speaker will be Lee McColgan, auhtor of 'A House Restored, the Tragedies and Triumphs of Saving a New England Colonial. at 1:00 on Sunday.
